Each day, the Coronavirus (COVID-19) is bringing more challenges to all of us, with unwelcome distruption and uncertainty to our lives. The safety and wellbeing of our staff is paramount, and ensuring the wider health of our communities is core to our approach as a business.

A19 Insurance remains open for business, but public access to our office is temporarily suspended until further notice.

Our current working hours of 9.30am-5pm Monday to Thursday, and 9.30am-3pm on a Friday will continue to apply.

We have encouraged staff to work remotely, and have solid plans in place to operate our business as usual. We are set up effectively to ensure we have all the tools we need to continue providing great customer service, and we’re 100% committed to supporting our customers in these challenging times.
